Fashion: It's My 21st Birthday!

I spent most of my Monday morning searching for inflatable balloons for this post and because of the wind and the rain my photos haven't turned out exactly as I wanted but I still love them non the less! It's so nice and I thought I'd go for the striped print instead of the popular purple floral print. Lucy Meck's collection is one of my favourite reality TV stars collaborations with a fashion brand. She embodies the Pretty Little Thing brand perfectly and she looks gorgeous in everything! I love how this dress looks with the bright blue heels too. I think this is a great outfit for a night out and I'm hoping that the weather brightens up near the end of the week so it's warm enough to wear it! I've got a busy day today to celebrate my birthday! I'm off out for lunch with some family friends and then my boyfriend and I are going out to celebrate for dinner!
