Beauty: Birchbox (Birchbag) December 2015 Review

December really is the month of AMAZING beauty boxes. To my surprise this month's Birchbox came in the form of a clutch bag and I couldn't have been more excited. 2015 has really been an exciting year for Birchbox* and I find that their boxes just get more and more exciting each month.

This is the sort of treat for yourself which you could keep at your office (or your handbag) just in case you end up going for after work drinks to a party or even a date night. This months box has completely got you sorted this party season and you can reuse the clutch after! (win)

Benefit The Ultimate Party Kit - Puff Off! and They're Real Push-Up Liner Duo (RRP for both is £41)
First up we have the Benefit (Birchbox Exclusive) ultimate party kit. If you're like me and you love a bit of Benefit, you'll be so excited to receive these two samples in this months Birchbox. First of all how cute is this mini push-up liner? it won't take up any space in your bag and you can master the cat-eye flick on the go. The morning after you can soothe your tired eyes with Puff Off.

Rituals T'ai Chi Foaming Shower Gel (RRP £8.50) 
I'm so excited about this foaming shower gel. Firstly because I've tried Rituals a few times before and love the brand but secondly as this is a TRAVEL SIZE version. It seems to be that whenever me and my boyfriend go away we never have hold luggage so this will be super handy when I next go away as the hand luggage limit is 100ml.
Catherine Malandrino Style De Pars Eau De Parfum (RRP £50)  
After giving this sample size a quick spray I am definitely a fan of this scent. The notes are mandarin, grapefruit and pear so this definitely has a fruity smell to it.
Model Co Ultra Long-Lasting Lipstick in Smitten (RRP £15.50 for set of 3) 
Every Model Co Cosmetics products I've tried I've absolutely love. I'd 100% recommend their eyebrow products and mascaras. I've only ever received Model Co cosmetic products with goody bags or beauty boxes so I have no idea where you can actually purchase Model Co in the UK. If you know of anywhere please let me know!
Embryolsse Lait-Creme Concentre (RRP from £12.99) 
According to many beauty reviews online, this is a make-up artists cult classic. It hydrates your skin thanks to the aloe vera and shea butter and leaves your skin feeling super soft.
Ciate London Glitter Nail Polish (RRP £9)
This is my favourite product in this months Birchbox. I didn't realise how GOOD Ciate London nail polishes are. I used Revlons nail polish in 535 Perfect Pair and used this glitter polish on top and I'm absolutely loving this combination.

Overall I think this box is absolutely amazing. I think this Birchbox covers all areas of beauty this month. You've got your red lipstick, statement liner, glittery nail polish and hydrating cream and shower gel. I think the variety of the products alone is worth a purchase and then you have a gorgeous clutch bag perfect for the party season ahead!
