Last weekend I was lucky enough to head off to V Festival
for the day thanks to Rocketdog and despite the constant rain, it was such a
good day and I loved seeing Fleur East, Little Mix and Sigala. So I thought I’d
share a little photo diary of what I got up to during my day at V Festival
(apologies for no photos of artists on stage it rained the whole time so was
hard to get a good photo!)

I had to change from the outfit I was going to wear, as the
weather was so bad. In the end I went for a simple look but added a lot of
accessories. I wore this gorgeous
striped bardot style top from New Look alongside my trusty skinny jeans, my rocketdog
boots (as it was muddy) and layered on the accessories with my headband and
necklaces.
What’s a festival without a bit of glitter? To get me more
into the festival mood I decided to go for some gold glitter and I think it
went really well with my outfit. Overall, despite their being so great acts, V
Festival was disappointing in comparison to last year. They had a much better
variety of artists last year (I mean last year we saw Tom Jones and Sam Smith)
and this year just wasn’t the same. My boyfriend and me are looking at heading
to somewhere like Leeds or Isle of Wight festival next year for a change of
scenery! All in all though we still managed to have a good time despite the
awful weather and my Rocketdog shoes kept my feet warm (and away from mud) all
day!

I've NEVER been to a festival. I feel like a fraud admitting it! Gutted it rained but Sigala are awesome! x
