Everyone loves a beauty bargain right? Well over the past
year I’ve managed to discover some serious beauty bargains and they won’t break
the bank as they’re all under £10. In all honesty, there are a lot of products
I could have featured in this post but these are the products I’m reaching for
everyday at the moment. I’ve tried to cover all bases with this post and so
here’s my favourite eye shadow, highlighter, eyebrow product and powder.
L'Oreal Brow Artist Plumper - £5.99
This is possibly Rimmel’s biggest make-up launch in a long
time and to celebrate Cara Delevigne being a face of Rimmel, they’ve
reformulated their famous scandaleyes mascara. This scandaleyes reloaded
mascara coats every lash without being clumpy and lasts up to 24 hours. This
mascara claims to be sweat proof, smudge proof and humidity proof, which will
last you through-out any occasion. I’ve tried this out a few times now and I’m
really impressed with it, it’s perfect for adding that extra volume to make your
eyes appear more awake!
If you’re looking for a highlighter on a budget then I’d
suggest running down to Topshop right now. I am a loyal fan of theBalm Mary LouManizer but mines on it’s last legs I’ve used it that much so I’ve been looking
for a highlighter which works just as well, but is slightly cheaper and I think
I’ve found it. I love applying this with a fan brush and it can be layered for
a natural or more highlighted glow.
L'oreal True Match Highlighter in Golden Glow - £6.99
This highlighter is the absolute dream if you want a subtle glow. I like to use this highlighter on the top of my cheekbones after applying foundation. This highlighter also works well if you want to mix it in with your foundation before applying to achieve a subtle glow (or just to make you look more awake). This highlighter reminds me a lot of the NYX liquid illuminator to and I'd recommend either (especially if you don't have a NYX stand in your local Boots!)
I think that a good powder to keep your make-up in place is
hard to find on the high street. I love the Rimmel Stay Matte but at the same
time, depending on the foundation I used was dependant on how well it worked.
However, this powder from NYX is the absolute DREAM. If you don’t have this in
your life you need this right now. It helps my make-up stay on all day without
looking cakey.
Does this palette look familiar at all? Well Make-up
Revolution has done it again and created a dupe for the Kat Von D Shade and Light Palette. I’ve been really into wearing matte eye shadows lately and this
palette is an absolute steal at only £8.

I adore the NYX HD Powder, I use the banana shade for under my eyes, I find most banana powders show up too yellow on my pale skin but the NYX one is perfect! I love the look of the MUR Kat Von D Dupe Palette.
