If there’s anything that puts a smile on my face everyday,
it’s putting my makeup on in the morning. I love trying out different products
and what I love even more is finding those products, which I know that I’ll be
purchasing for years and years to come. I think that since the start of this
year I’ve found some great products and most of these products are in this post
so here it goes, my February beauty favourites.
On days where I don’t want heavy coverage, I opt for Estee Lauder Double Wear but on the heavy coverage days I use this foundation from Urban Decay. I find that it works best when you use a buffer brush rather then a beauty blender to achieve flawless coverage. One thing I would say is buy a shade lighter then you’d
usually by as this foundation oxidises a little but it is 100% worth picking up
if you’re someone that wants a full coverage foundation.
This is a purchase I made thanks to my Boots points (thank
goodness for my points card) and I do not regret it. I remember walking to a
Clarins counter a few months ago and getting a sample of this and I was so
gutted when this ran out. If you’re a mascara lover (like myself) and you can
never seem to remove it all no matter what product you use, this eye make up
remover is for you. I don’t go anywhere without it now and use this everyday.
It’s so gentle on my skin, removes all of my eye make up and it’s moisturising
at the same time, winner!
Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat Lip Liner in Pillow Talk - £16 from Cult Beauty
If you’re looking for a dreamy lip duo then you need to buy
this pair straight away. Especially the lipstick in Pillow Talk as its limited
edition! I even wrote a post about 5 reasons you need to pick up this lipstick here. This shade is absolutely stunning and it suits all skin tones. It’s a
gorgeous ‘your lips but better’ shade and it lasts on your lips all day.
This is the newest product from Urban Decay, which I have been using, and I absolutely love it. This is a soothing prep priming spray which helps smooth my skin, brighten my skin and make my skin look more moisturised. I use 3 or 4 spritzes of this before applying my foundation. I only have the travel size at the moment but I’ll definitely be purchasing the full size version when this runs out.
As you all probably know if you’re a regular reader I absolutely
love the Benefit goof proof brow pencil but unfortunately it’s snapped off so I
only have the smallest amount of it left so I only use this on special occasions.
I found this pencil in Boots on offer and I have to say this is even better
then the Benefit pencil. At £5.99 it’s an absolute steal as the Benefit pencil has gone up in price and is now £20. This pencil is all I use at
the moment to do my eyebrows. I love using this as it fills in my brows so well
and spoolie is so good on this pencil too. One tip is to buy this the shade
above your normal colour for your brows for a more natural look.
Zoeva Caramel Melange Eyeshadow Palette - £18 from Cult Beauty
Have you ever seen an eye shadow palette look so beautiful?!
The colours in this Zoeva palette are absolutely stunning and the colour pay
off and pigmentation of this palette is incredible. On a daily basis, I always
reach for a Zoeva palette when I’m creating make-up looks and this eye shadow
palette has been a real favourite of mine since the start of the year. This
palette doesn’t break the bank as it’s only £18, the colours are stunning and
there’s a great mixture of mattes and shimmers to create daytime and nighttime
looks.
Overall, every single one of these products I’ve used
everyday this month and out of my monthly favourites posts I create this is my
favourite post I’ve done. If you’re looking for a great new beauty product to
try, you’re spoilt for choice as I really would recommend every single one of
these products.
Have you tried any of these products? What products are on your beauty wish list?

Love the look of the L'Oreal brow product, I always use the brow plumper and powder kit from the same range so definitely need to give it a go... Also I love how much of pillow talk lipstick you have already used! I ordered mine from CT the other day and I can't wait for it to arrive!

I really want to try the Urban Decay All Nighter Foundation but the fact it oxidises puts me off. I'm really pale so would worry it would look too orange toned on me. x
