Is there a better time of the month then when a beauty box
comes through the post? I think not. One thing I absolutely adore about Look
Fantastic beauty boxes is that they just keep getting better and better. This
months edit has been one of my favourite boxes in a long time and If you’ve not
purchased a beauty box before, you’ll want to purchase this one after you’ve
finished reading this post…
First of all this months box comes with the Look Fantastic
beauty magazine and a copy of the most recent Elle magazine, holiday reading
sorted right? Which is an added extra which makes me look forward to my Look
Fantastic boxes every month! So you’re not only getting a great selection of
beauty treats but beauty reading material too.
This month's edit include beauty treats from Kerastase,
Modelco, First Aid Beauty, Bella Pierre, Balance Me and Monu. What made me even
MORE excited is the fact there is a generous sized sample of the First Aid
Beauty radiance pads and they are even more amazing than I imagined…
Monu is another skincare brand I really like and I need to
try more products from so I was happy to see a product I haven’t tried before
in this months box! When it gets warmer in the UK (when it actually DOES get
sunny) I always carry around a facial mist to stay refreshed. This mist is made
up of a nourishing blend of lemon, rosewood and sandalwood. This mist helps
revive your skin and add that extra bit of moisture.
Kerastase Resistance Strengthening Shampoo - Sample Size (Full Size £13)
This shampoo from Kerastase is the shampoo I’m using at the
moment and it’s absolutely amazing and so I was beyond excited to see a travel-sized
sample in this months edit (also because I have nearly run out of my full
size!). Kerastase is a brand I love and the products they create are amazing.
This shampoo is designed to cleanse, condition and protect your hair at the
same time. My hair has improved so much over the past few months and I will
definitely be repurchasing this.
Balance Me Balancing Face Moisturiser - Sample Size (Full Size £24)
Balance Me is a brand I normally see when it comes to
summertime and all the magazines do ‘free beauty products’ in their issues. I’ve
tried a few things over the past few years from the brand but I’ve always
enjoyed using the Balance Me products I’ve tried. This is the perfect size for
travelling with and what’s great about Balance Me is it’s 99% natural.
I’m not personally the biggest fan of shimmer eye shadows,
as I tend to reach for my trusty eye shadow palettes. Despite really LOVING
this months box, I suppose there will always be a product I won’t run to in a
beauty box and for this month, this shimmer eye shadow has taken the short
straw.
Hailey Baldwin for ModelCo Super Lips Lipgloss - Sample Size (Full Size £16)
Modelco is a brand I wish was more readily available in the UK.
I have tried a few products from the brand thanks to my beauty box addiction
and I was so excited to see a different product from them in this months edit.
I am enjoying wearing this over a matte lipstick to make my lips feel more
hydrated and adds a gorgeous sheen to the lips.
You know when you seriously love a product when you think
about purchasing the beauty box again, just for the product. I have heard so
many rave reviews about the First Aid Beauty radiance pads and they seriously
do not disappoint. I’ve used probably about 5 or 6 pads of these now and they
are incredible. I use a pad once I’ve removed my makeup and before I go in with
a moisturiser. Sometimes, I just use the pad after removing my makeup and I
wake up in the morning with skin that feels like a baby’s bum (no joke!) I’m
100% going to picking a full size version of these pads when I’ve run out!
