Glossybox is what I like to call the ‘budget beauty’ box. I
find that the products I end up loving in my Glossybox (and then want to buy
full size products) they cost the least to repurchase. I find sometimes with
other beauty boxes that the full size products to buy once the sample sizes
have run out are very costly. I remember loving a hair care product in a beauty
box but I couldn’t bring myself to spend £30 on it.
This month’s Glossybox is again summer themed, as it’s a
perfect treat to yourself before you go away on your holidays. This months box
includes treats from Sport FX Cosmetics, Batiste, Valquer, Modellauncher and Rodial.
This month’s sneak preview to next month’s box includes a STYLondon Silligel
Blender which I am dying to try!
Is a beauty box really a beauty box if it doesn’t have a
hair product in it? Definitely not. If there is one sort of hair care product
that I love discovering in beauty boxes, it’s a hair mask and I am SO excited
to try this. This is a one-of-a-kind energising hair mask, which has a cooling
effect. The cooling effect then powers up the macadamia oil making it even
better at hydrating and taming your hair.
SportFX Cosmetics Time Out Face Mist & Fix - £5.99
If you’ve not heard of Sport FX Cosmetics before (and you’re
a serious gym girl) then you need to let this brand enter your life. Sport FX
Cosmetics is a makeup brand designed to come to the rescue of gym-goers who still
want to look fabulous in the gym (insert sassy emoji). This is a refreshing and
soothing face mist which can work as a primer but also to keep your makeup in
place while you’re at the gym.
Batiste 2in1 Dry Shampoo and Conditioner Vanilla & Passionflower - RRP £4.49
Despite being a huge Batiste fan (I mean what girl isn’t a
Batiste fan?!) I have never seen this product launch from them. This product
aims to refresh your roots while conditioning the lengths, which makes this
product perfect for those with dry, coloured or curly hair. A trick I have
learnt recently when it comes to dry shampoo is; spray the shampoo on your hair
before you sleep so the chances of your hair looking greasy is even less as the
oils have time to soak into your hair!
Purelei Aloha Bracelet
An extra accessory has been added to this months box which
is this gorgeous ‘aloha’ bracelet from Purelei. You can wear this as a bracelet
or as a hair tie. Who doesn’t love a multi-use product?
Modellauncher Safari Sun Bronzer - £16.50
This product from Modellauncher was the disappointing
product in this months box for me. Do I think it’s worth £16.50? Definitely
not. I would rather pick up a NYX bronzer, Rimmel, Sleek for that sort of price
or even splash out and pick up Benefit Hoola. However, I’ve managed to find a
use for this bronzer as I sometimes use this as a crease transition shade when I’m
creating a bronze/golden eye look.
Rodial Suede Lips - RRP £22
This lipstick pencil from Rodial I was seriously impressed
with as it’s the perfect nude tone for my skin colour. This is a very intense
shade but it’s also matte and moisturising. This lip pencil contains Vitamin E
and it’s so easy to create a defined look as the pencil allows you to be super
precise.

I loved this months box too! Beautiful photos!
Such a good box! Beauty boxes are so good for us beauty addicts! I have some hair ties similar to those bracelets and they're great as they don't leave kinks in your hair :) x
