Firstly, I’d like to apologise for not being as active on my
blog as I’ve wanted to be, I’ve recently joined the gym so I have been spending
more time doing all things fitness. However, this doesn’t mean I love beauty or
writing about beauty and fashion any less. So here is another Glossybox post
but trust me you NEED to pick this edition up, maybe for yourself or a friend,
as it’s a perfect Christmas present.
This month's Glossybox includes treats from Naobay, L.A.Q.A & co, Model Co, Steve Laurant and Soaper Duper. This months box covers
everything from a lash primer to body wash, which makes it the perfect, all
round gift or just a treat for a beauty lover.
First of all, this month’s box includes chocolates from
Raffaello and who doesn’t love chocolate at Christmas?!
L.A.Q.A Cloud Lips - Full size £12.70
Anything that’s rose gold will always catch my attention and
this is a stunning rose/brown shade for a matte lipstick. After using this a couple of times, it’s
incredible pigmented and long lasting on your lips. I really like the packaging
and the formulation so I cant wait to try out more from this brand in the
future.
Soaper Duper Rich and Creamy Shea Butter Body Wash - £6.50
Soaper Duper is a brand I keep seeing more and more on the
high street and I recently saw this in my local Tesco (or all places!) I’m
pretty sure that the same people as Soap and Glory make this brand! All of
their products are formulated with real ingredients and use no microbeads or
parabens. First thing I noticed about this body wash is that it smells
INCREDIBLE! I love how affordable this brand is as well and so I can’t wait to
try out more from the range.
Naobay Equilibria Gel to Milk Cleanser - £15.99
Naobay is a brand that I’ve tried a few times before thanks
to my Glossybox subscription and I was so excited to see another Naobay product
in this months box! I’m always up for trying out different skincare products
and what I like about this is it comes out like a gel and once you apply it to
dry skin it forms into a milk formula. This is suited mostly to people with
oily skin so if you have oily skin, this is a brand well worth looking into.
Model Co 3D Lash Primer - £7
Model Co is a brand I would love to see more of on the British
high street and online as I only seem to find the brand in beauty boxes! I’m
actually a big fan of lash primers as I find they really help my lashes grow. I
apply lash primer about once a week overnight to give my lashes a bit of TLC! You
can also apply this before your mascara and it helps condition your lashes and
for them to appear thicker too.
I felt a bit spoilt when I opened this months box as there
was 2 rose gold products and this product comes in the form of an eye liner and
the first thing I did when I tested this on my arm, was try and remove this and
it was very difficult to get off which means if you want a liner that lasts all
day you’ll love this!
