I don’t want to speak to soon
while I’m writing this post but I think every product in this post is under £10
as well! One of the products is only £4 and I had to stop myself from buying
every one that Superdrug out of stock as I couldn’t believe the price of it!
Make-up Revolution Luxury Banana Powder - £5 from Tam Beauty (also available here)
I discovered this banana powder
from Make-up Revolution through a video on YouTube and I knew I needed to pick
it up immediately as I was running extremely low on my favourite Laura Mercier Translucent Powder (which is the best powder you’ll ever come across!) and I
didn’t regret picking this banana powder up.
Make-up Revolution Luxury Banana Powder - £5 from Tam Beauty
It’s messier then I first imagined
which is due to the not as great quality packaging (in comparison to my beloved
Laura Mercier) but the powder works just as well. I use this powder for baking under
my eyes when I’m using eye shadows, which have fall out. If you’re looking for a good
budget powder to help set your make-up or help you if you want to bake under
your eyes, then I’d recommend picking this one up.
Make-up Revolution Conceal & Define Concealer in the shade C8 - £4 from Tam Beauty
If you’re an avid watcher of
beauty influencers online, you’ll know that everyone is talking about this £4
concealer from Make-up Revolution and I knew I had to try it, especially after
trying the banana powder and liking it. I am still VERY loyal to my favourite
Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer (in the shade medium light neutral) but I am
trying to save that concealer for special occasions, or just evenings out
instead of everyday wear.
At £4, you really can’t fault
this concealer. It comes in 18 shades and the shades range from fair to deep so
you’re bound to find a shade that suits you. This concealer is thick in
consistency but provides a very high coverage. If you have bad under eye bags,
I’d suggested picking this concealer up ASAP as it’s been named as a dupe for
the beauty influencer favourite, Tarte Shape Tape Concealer. I’ll be stocking
up on this concealer and I’m sure it’ll be a favourite of mine for a long time.
Rimmel London Insta Strobing Highlighter in the shade Gold Glow - £5.99 from Boots
If you find your face has lacked in the glow
factor lately, then you need to try this strobing cream from Rimmel. I like mixing
a small amount of this into my foundation to add the glow back into my skin.
You can use this on top of make up as well as an additional highlighter.
Rimmel Kate Sculpting Palette in Not So Shy - £6.99 from Superdrug
Every time that Rimmel has a new
release I seem to be more and more impressed. I was a big fan of the original
sculpting palette and so I was delighted to see that a blusher palette had been
released. I think this is the perfect budget friendly product to add to your
make-up collection this winter/spring and as you can see from the swatches,
this palette is really pigmented. My favourite shade is the middle shade as it
reminds me a lot of Nars Orgasm Blusher and it’s a fraction of the price.
Maybelline Temptation Black Mascara - £6.99 (RRP £8.99)
Possibly the most recent edition
to my make-up collection, this mascara is quickly becoming a favourite of mine.
It’s enriched with coconut, which conditions your lashes and lengthens them at
the same time. I am definitely going to continue using this!
Have you tried any of these
products? What budget beauty products are you obsessed with?
